Visitor Check-In
This app feature allows your guests to check-in to the space, providing you with a push notification upon their arrival.
The check-in feature eliminates the need for guests to call you or knock on the door when they arrive, adding a new level of professionalism for your clients.
Simply register your visitor by following these steps:
REGISTER VISITOR
Register your visitor using the visitors button found on the home screen of your app.
Select register visitor and enter their details.
VISITOR CHECK IN
Your visitor will receive a check in code via email.
They will check in using the tablet and follow the prompts.
MEET YOUR VISITOR
You will receive a push notification that your visitor has arrived and checked in.
Please meet your visitor at the gate to allow access.
